Spirited Away (2001)

Plot summary: Chihiro and her family are on their way to their new house in the country-side when they take a wrong turn on a dirt road. After getting out of the car and walking on a path through a tunnel, they discover a restaurant filled with food but without any workers or customers. Being hungry, they help themselves, but Chihiro senses danger and refuses. As night falls, she is terrified to find out that the place is being filled with masked spirits, but when she goes back to her parents she finds them turned into pigs. Haku, a mysterious boy finds her and promises to help. He gets her a job at a bathhouse for thousands of Japan's gods and spirits and though the work is hard and the people strange, she does as good as she can to survive. Her parents, however, are still trapped as pigs in the hotel's stockyard, and Chihiro has to find a way t break the spell before they end up as someone's dinner.
