iCall the first 3G VoIP app. available for iPhone

It was a fruitful week for Apple, if yesterday the entire world watched mesmerized the launch of the iPad, on Wednesday, January 27, a press release from iCall announced that the same fruity company has lifted the 3G VoIP restrictions for iPhone. So, from now on, we'll be able to use a VoIP application, such as iCall, to communicate via a 3G network, thanks to an update to iPhone's SDK (Software Development Kit).

If for the time being iCall is “the first and only VoIP application that functions on the iPhone and iPod Touch over cellular 3G networks”, let's hope that in the near future other app. will be developed. As for the native Skype application, it still doesn't work...
