Google enables live phone support for the Nexus One

February 9, 2010

Nexus One was first delivered, unlike most other smart phones out there, without phone support of any kind. Users usually had to scavenge through the online forums and FAQ sheets in order to find a solution related to a Nexus One. Well, it appears Google has eased their lives to some measure, as the giant company announced today that it offers Nexus One users live phone support, available at the number 888-48NEXUS (63987).

Calling this number will get Nexus One users in touch with a real person able to answer question related only to status and shipping issues for now, as all other problems (technical or network related) are solved by HTC and T-Mobile. This phone support line is only available for US users momentarily and it works from 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM PST. We expect that international support to be addressed by Google Inc. soon enough.
