Listening to music on PSP

In recent years the trend and battle of major electronic manufacturers is to revolution the high - tech market by developing multi tasking products. The Play Station Portable is such a product; more than a game console, it's a multimedia tool that enables you to listen to music, see photos and watch videos.

If you want to listen to music on your PSP you have 2 options :

 1. Press Menu button and choose UMD option and press enter (x button)
 2. Press Menu button and choose Memory Stick and press enter

In order to download some music on your PSP from a Memory Stick Duo follow the steps:

1. Press "Menu", then press "Music"
2. Insert a Memory Stick Duo
3. Select the song and press enter

Another option would be to acquire music from your PC using an USB cable :

1. Connect the PSP to a PC with an USB cable
2. Press "Home" button
3. Go into "Settings"
4. Search USB connection
5. On your PC, go to "My Computer", and select PSP drive
6. Create a "New Music Folder" into the PSP drive
7. Choose the MP3 files and drag and drop them into the "New Music Folder"
8. After the MP3 files are transferred click the O button on PSP to end the USB connection
9. To listen to the new MP3 songs select "Music", then press the "Memory Stick "option and search for the "New Music Folder"
