LADIES AND GENTELMEN, THE BRAND NEW IPHONE: 3G!
Dear iPhone,
I have to admit that today I have cheated you. I looked and touched your recent relative - iPhone 3G. Don’t worry, You’ll be forever in my heart, but (and here comes the big but) I have to admit that IPhone 3G is still not perfect, but really close.
First of all, the 3G saw the light on July 11, 2008 and maintains the major features of the Original one, such as: same screen size (3.5), same 2 mega pixel camera, same memory 128 MB DRAM, same storage capacity: 8 GB or 16 GB flash memory, same Bluetooth 2.0 and WI-FI connections. The characteristics that make it exciting and that make the high tech addicts go wild would be:
- the 3G has a depth of 12.3 mm, respect to the original depth of 11.6mm; this may not be much, as it can still fit in a tiny purse, but it also means that there is a bigger battery, that goes up to 300 hours in standby,10 hours of talk, 7 hours of video playback, 24 hours of audio playback.
- new developed functions are: the possibility to search for contacts, the possibility to save the images from one e-mail, the application iWork, scientific calculator.
- the new application "Mobile Me" can be used to push an e-mail or to synchronize the calendar.
- the storage capacity increased, and can be of 8 or of 16 GB.
- Real time 3D graphics.
Even if the new 3G was developed with the intention to be familiar for business, it can be used with success by trendy, busy people.
Yours,
Forever Addict
